With over 20 years’ experience in aged and disability care, Tonie McGuirk brings a depth of knowledge and heartfelt dedication to every part of her role. Known for her warm nature, gentle approach, and strong sense of responsibility, she has made a meaningful difference across a range of roles — from hands-on support to leadership.

Tonie is currently completing a Double Diploma in Health Practice Management and Leadership & Management, further building on her expertise. She leads by example, always putting clients first and offering unwavering support to her team with genuine care and calm confidence.

Michelle’s journey into disability support came from a deep desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. With experience in both healthcare and customer service, she brings a unique balance of warmth, organisation, and compassion to her role. Whether she’s supporting someone through a challenging day or helping her team grow, Michelle always leads with empathy and respect. She’s especially passionate about working with people living with dementia and mental health challenges, and strives to create safe, meaningful connections with every person she supports.
