Jasmin Ashton
Accounts & Administration
Jasmin plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, overseeing accounts and administrative processes with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
She brings an extensive background in the disability sector, with hands-on experience supporting individuals and working within person-centred frameworks. Jasmin holds a Diploma of Community Services, along with Certificate III and IV in Individual Support, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both frontline support and operational requirements.
Complementing this, Jasmin also holds a Certificate in Finance, allowing her to effectively manage financial processes while maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards and organisational needs.
Her combined experience across disability support, administration, and finance ensures a streamlined, responsive, and professional service for both participants and stakeholders.
